Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, send a text message or call (916) 225-3055. Please be sure to cancel no less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.  If you fail to cancel or reschedule as requested, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to make an additional deposit to schedule a new appointment.  If you are rescheduling an appointment from a package plan, please refer to your signed agreement form.

Refund policy: All payments or deposits that have been made towards a service or treatment package are non- refundable.

Late Policy: Bodyluxe Glow Bar grants a 15-minute grace period to all clients; arrivals thereafter without notification will automatically be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Bodyluxe Glow Bar is dedicated to keeping all appointment times as scheduled without delay or interruptions as many appointments are booked months in advance. Bodyluxe Glow Bar wishes to foster and maintain a positive environment at all times; we reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our sole discretion if we feel there is negativity disrupting our environment.

Saturday Appointments: Due to the limited availability and high demand for Saturday appointments, Bodyluxe Glow Bar carries a zero tolerance policy for same day cancellations and no call no shows.  If you request a same day cancellation, or no call no show, and the appointment is not able to be filled, you will no longer be able to receive services at Bodyluxe Glow Bar.
